ISO/TS 16949 QMS defines the quality management system requirements for the design and development, production and, when relevant, installation and service of automotive related products which can result in increased quality and efficiency.ISO/TS 16949 was composed by Internal Automotive Task Force (IATF). IATF is a group of automotive manufacturers which aims to provide good quality products to the customers all over the world. ISO/TS 16949 aims to improve the system and process quality for customer satisfaction. It also aims at identifying the risks and problems which arise in production process and also to remove the causes of problems and to take preventive measures for the effectiveness of the organization.
